1. All students must carry their valid BC driver's license during the lessons. 
2. Each in-car lesson is a minimum of 60 minutes and contains a minimum of 50 minutes driving practice time.
3. If the instructor is late, the lesson will commence at the time the student meets the instructor; the full lesson will be provided or the missing time will be added to a future lesson.
4. If the student is late, the lesson will commence at the time the lesson was scheduled; no extra time will be added
5. The lesson fee is $75.00 per 60 minutes if pick-up & drop-off location is at a sky-train station.
6. The lesson fee is $85.00 per 60 minutes if pick-up & drop-off is at your preferred location, we do one on one training only but one other person may be in the vehicle for observation purposes for the amount of  $25.00.
7. All lessons, including packages are not transferable to any party and at any circumstances.
8. The lesson fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the lesson.
9. There will be no refund for driving lessons or road test sessions that have taken place.
10. It is the student’s responsibility to book the road test.
11. The student is expected to complete lessons within 12 months from the date of payment; no refund or lessons will be given for incomplete sessions after 12 months.
12. Lessons must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance otherwise a cancellation fee of $30.00 for reschedule. No shows on scheduled lessons will be a forfeit of the lesson. 
13. Students will be provided with a booklet that has a study guide ( Road Test Material and School Policy ) to prepare you for your test and score sheet for the instructor to mark your skills each lesson.
14. Driving test results will vary with each student; the school can not guarantee all students will pass their driving test and obtain their driver's license. 

15. Refund Policy: All lessons / packages purchased are final sale and non-transferable. There will be no refund for driving lessons or road test sessions that have taken place.
Refunds will be paid for unused lesson(s) provided notice is received by the school 48 Hours prior to the scheduled lesson(s).
The cancellation fee will apply to refunds requested within 48 hours of a scheduled lesson. Processing fees of $25.00 will be applied on any refund. For refunds on packages, lessons used will be charged at the individual driving lesson rate.

16. Any remaining fees owed to the driving school MUST be paid prior to the road test.
17. Method of payment: 
- E-transfer or cash payment after booking is confirmed or at pick up.
